This tour provides you an intense experience everything that makes this country so unique and captivating.

Through this tour, you get to explore Nepal’s natural and cultural realm. Discover Nepal’s magnificent temples and monasteries, and sightsee around streaming rivers, fabled jungles, and wildlife. Ecotourism has been integral to conservation in Nepal, and our travels directly benefit the continued existence of some of the world’s most precious vanishing species.

This tour takes you around Chitwan National Park, Nepal’s most popular National Park offers an excellent opportunity to see Royal Bengal Tigers, one horned Rhinos, crocodiles, deer and the thrilling wilderness experience into the deep dense jungle  on four wheelers.

Along with Chitwan, you will also get to visit Palpa and explore the historic palace called Rani Mahal in Srinagardada, which lies on the viewpoint of the medieval town of Tansen and the local markets. Along with Palpa, you will also get to visit Lumbini the birthplace of Gautam Buddha also the most important religious sites for Buddhist in the world. And finally, visit Nagarkot, which is a famous destination to view the sunrise from the snowcapped peaks’ view and the Himalayan range in the valley.

12 Days and 11 Nights tour Package

Arrive at Kathmandu

Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, our Travel Devisers’ representative and driver will meet you at the Tribhuvan International Airport and escort you to your designed hotel. The representative will help you check into your hotel.

At the hotel, you will be briefed about your daily activities.

Drive to Chitwan from Kathmandu

After breakfast, you will be driven to Chitwan National Park (186 KM /5 hours). On arrival, you will check into the resort at jungle camp followed by welcome drink and briefing about the jungle activities.

After lunch, you will proceed to explore nearby local villages. Dinner and overnight will be at jungle camp resort.

Chitwan Safari Activities

The day starts with nature, walk and bird watching tour. After breakfast, you will proceed for jeep safari to view different species of deer, if lucky then the royal Bengal tiger, rare one horned rhinoceros, wild boar, leopard, monkeys, birds and other animals.

After you return from jeep safari you will proceed for Dugout Canoe Ride in Dungre (boat ride) at Rapti River to view 2 different species of crocodile known as the marsh mugger and the fish eating Gharial. You will then visit elephant breeding farm & drive back to the lodge.

Later in the afternoon you will walk around to explore the Tharu village. In the evening you will observe “Tharu Tribal Dance” presented by the local Tharu people, followed by dinner at the resort.

Drive from Chitwan to Pokhara

Today you will be driven to Pokhara (151 KM/5 hrs). On your way, you can observe the scenic views on the national highway along the Trishuli River.

Upon arrival at Pokhara and checking into the hotel, you will have lunch and then you will proceed for an hour boat ride at the famous Fewa Lake.

Later you will proceed for sightseeing around the city covering Seti gorge, International Mountain Museum, Devi’s fall also known as Patale Chhango and the Tibetan refugee camp. And return back in time for dinner at the hotel.

Drive from Pokhara to Palpa

After breakfast, you will proceed for Tansen, Palpa (58 KM/ 2-3 hrs).

Upon arrival in Palpa, you can explore the medieval town of Tansen and explore the local markets.

Tansen is famous for its ancient Newari architecture, metal works, and Dhaka cloths. Spend the night at the hotel.

Sightseeing around Palpa & Drive to Lumbini

Early in the morning, you will proceed for an excursion to nearby Srinagar hill. From this point you can enjoy a magnificent view of sunrise over the western Himalayas.

After breakfast you will explore Tansen and then proceed to Lumbini, which marks as the birthplace of Lord Buddha (76 KM/ 2-3 hrs). Spend the night at Lumbini.

Sightseeing around Lumbini

Marked as the historical birthplace of Gautama Siddhartha Buddha, Lumbini is one of the most important religious sites in the world.

Buddha who later achieved enlightenment under a Bodhi tree, is an inspirational figure on global philosophy of peace and self reflection.

After breakfast you will proceed for sightseeing tour around Lumbini to several monasteries, historical sites of Ashoka Pillar, Maya Devi temple etc. Spend the night at Lumbini.

Fly back to Kathmandu & Drive to Dhulikhel

After breakfast, you will proceed for Lumbini Airport for a flight back to Kathmandu.

Upon arrival in Kathmandu you will proceed for Dhulikhel (one and half hour drive). Dhulikhel is an ancient Newari town situated east of Kathmandu.

Upon reaching Dhulikhel and checking into the hotel, you can enjoy sunset over beautiful range of Himalayas if the weather is clear.

Refresh and relax at the hotel and spend the night at Dhulikhel.

Hike up to Nagarkot

After breakfast, you will hike towards Nagarkot, which takes about 6 hours. At an elevation of 2,195 meters, Nagarkot is considered one of the most scenic spots in Bhaktapur District.

It is renowned for its sunrise view of the Himalaya including Mount Everest and other snow-capped peaks of the Himalayan range in eastern Nepal.

Nagarkot also offers a panoramic view of Kathmandu Valley.

Drive back to Kathmandu & Sightseeing around Kathmandu

After breakfast, you will proceed to Kathmandu en-route you will go for a short excursion to Bhaktapur Durbar Square, which was founded in 889 AD and lies 13 km east of Kathmandu.

The old palace square of Bhaktapur contains famous "Fifty-five windows palace", which served as the royal palace of Malla kings then.

The golden gate in this square is the unique masterpiece of the Newari artwork. This old square is like an open museum of Hindu temples.

Other famous sites to explore are ancient royal bath taken by the kings and queen of the past generation, courtyard of Taleju shrine; the museum of art and history, the pottery square, the majestic Nyatapola temple, the famous Peacock window and the Dattatraya temple.

Later, rest and refresh at the hotel in Kathmandu.

Sightseeing around Kathmandu

After breakfast you will proceed for sightseeing tour of Pashupatinath Temple, Swoyambhunath Stupa and Bouddhnath Stupa, world heritage sites by UNESCO.

Pashupatinath temple is the oldest and most sacred Hindu temple in the world situated on the bank of Holy Bagmati River.

Bouddhanath Stupa is one of the biggest and oldest stupa in the world and the area surrounding it is known as little Tibet as the area is highly populated by Tibetan refugees and also home to one of the biggest Tibetan refugee camps around the valley.

Rest of the day is free to explore on your own. Spend a night at Kathmandu.

Departure from Kathmandu

After checking out of the hotel, our representative will take you to the international airport for your flight home.

You also have the option to to extend your stay in Nepal for shorter trips, such as visits to national parks, rafting, mountain biking, hiking, and more. We are always ready to help you plan for these if you would require them.
