Chitwan jungle safari package is designed for those travellers who want to explore the wildlife activities and ethnic cultures of people in Chitwan. Chitwan National Park is very famous touristic destination, it is the first national park in Nepal and comes under the world heritage sites. Chitwan is located in Terai region that covers an area of 932sqaure km. With its lush dense forests and exotic fauna.

Animal sighting is very common in this part the national park is home to some of the rare one horned rhino, the Royal Bengal tiger, crocodiles, elephants, deer and over four-hundred species of birds. The Chitwan National Park offers one of the finest wildlife experiences in Asia.

The jungle safari activity includes canoeing, nature walks, bird watching, excursions, and visit to the ethnic Tharu village and jungle safari inside the national park. It is the most popular wild life safari park in Nepal.

Arrive at Chitwan National Park

Once you reach Sauraha Bus Park or Bharatpur Airport, your designated hotel/resort’s representative will come to greet you and transfer you to the hotel.

Rest and refresh at the room followed by lunch. Once finished, you will be taken to the village for a tour and to the beach besides Rapti River to catch the sunset. After returning back you will dine at the hotel.

Safari Activities

On the second day at the jungle you will begin with the safari activities. You will be woken up early in the morning followed by morning tea/coffee.

And then, you will be taken to the jungle for a short walk around. After you have finished the jungle walk you will be taken back for breakfast.

You will then proceed for other activities like canoeing around the river, this provides you a beautiful sight of the landscape and sighting of different birds migrating to Nepal.

After the afternoon lunch, you'll have an jeep safari ride to explore the main jungle for the sighting of deers, rhinos, and crocodiles. If you are lucky enough, you can also sight some tigers or fresh tiger paws.

In the evening you can freshen up and be ready ro participate at the Tharu cultural dances along with bonfire and Nepali thali (platter) for dinner.

Safari activities and depart

On the last day of your safari, we will take you for bird watching followed by breakfast. Then you will be transferred via flight to Kathmandu.
